WHO WE ARE

Born from a passion for gastronomy, hospitality and the way food brings people together, L’Éclos Paris was created to connect culinary talent with new opportunities around the world.

At the intersection of food, creativity and technology, we are building a new way for chefs and venues to collaborate; more fluid and curated path to meaningful culinary experiences across borders.

Lynn is building the operating infrastructure for gastronomy, with the ambition to centralise services in one of the world’s most fragmented industries. She holds a Master’s in Digital Business and has worked in fintech startups at the core of product and client servicing teams, developing a strong understanding of platform operations, user experience and scalable business models. She brings a rare combination of product fluency and operational execution to building a tech-enabled platform for premium, experience-led markets.

Laura is a digital strategist and former agency CEO with a decade of experience in London leading projects across pharma, fashion, real estate and entertainment. She specialises in helping businesses set up the right structures: from operations and financial models to brand and go-to-market strategies, ensuring they can scale with clarity. Today, she advises companies across Europe and the Middle East, bringing both creative vision and operational discipline to every venture.

Laura Mtaini

STRATEGIC CONSULTANT

Tara is a renowned chef and luxury hospitality entrepreneur, trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse. After honing her craft in Michelin-starred kitchens, she went on to build and scale a high-end catering and events company in New York City, one of the most competitive hospitality markets in the world. Combining world-class culinary discipline with strong business acumen, she brings operator-level expertise in building, positioning and scaling premium brands.
